Blush Dry Bar Cancellation Policy All appointments at Blush Dry Bar require a credit card on file to book. You may provide your card information either: 1. Online through Booksy, our secure booking system, or 2. Over the phone when calling the salon to book. By providing your card information over the phone, you consent and authorize your payment information to be given and stored securely by Blush Dry Bar. By booking an appointment and providing your credit card, you agree to the following terms and authorize Blush Dry Bar to store and charge your card on file through Booksy and/or Square, our secure payment processing systems. You also acknowledge that this policy may be updated or modified at any time, and your booking indicates your acceptance of any current or future version of this policy. ⸻ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy • Appointments may be canceled or modified up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time without penalty. • Clients may reschedule once without a fee if they cancel or modify their appointment before the 12-hour window. • Appointments canceled or modified within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 20% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the credit card on file. • For bookings that include three (3) or more services/appointments, the 20% cancellation fee will apply per service/appointment that is canceled or modified within the 12-hour window. Cancellations or changes can be made through our booking system or by contacting the salon directly. All credit card information is securely encrypted and stored within your customer profile through Booksy and/or Square and will only be used in accordance with this cancellation and no-show policy. ⸻ No-Show Policy • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or fail to notify the salon prior to the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price to the credit card on file. • For bookings that include three (3) or more services/appointments, 50% of the price for each missed service/appointment may be charged if the booking is a no-show. • Clients who no-show may lose the ability to book online and will be required to call the salon directly for future appointments. ⸻ Late Arrival Policy We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late, services may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled depending on availability and the time remaining for your appointment. If an appointment must be canceled due to late arrival, a $25 late cancellation fee may apply. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed. By booking an appointmentg with Blush Dry Bar, you have agreed to all of the above.
